Surface Mount Technology

ATP Strategic Partners produce circuit board assemblies for sub-assembly and complete box builds.  We manufacture a full range of printed board assemblies working with both our customers and our in-house software design teams.  We meet the most demanding processes and production scheduling while maintaining the quality requirements inherent in our extensive testing protocols.

Assembly

A key differentiator among contract manufacturers, is how value-added their plastics processing has evolved to meet today's cutting-edge technology.  At ATP, we offer value-added assembly services from semi-manual to high-speed automation.  Most of today's manufacturing requires some level of automation of the assembly floor, most of which is unique to the product lines being produced.  As a result, ATP makes its own tools and fixtures on the line to drive productivity, meet performance specifications and provide consistency in our quality metrics.

Our manufacturing and assembly services benefit from inventory management expertise and volume procurement capabilities, which contribute to cost reductions and reduce total cycle time. Through a manufacturing resources planning system, ATP enjoys real-time visibility on material availability and real-time tracking of work in process.  We utilize electronic data interchange and web portals with customers and suppliers to implement a variety of supply chain management programs.  Electronic data interchange allows customers to share demand and product forecasts and deliver purchase orders while also assisting suppliers with just-in-time delivery and supplier-managed inventory.

Decorating and Finishing Technologies

ATP Strategic Partners most recent capital investment is the Class 10k Clean Room for Spray Painting.  Due in large part to our need to control costs and increase the quality of our products, Our partner has brought six axis robotics in-house.  The spray painting lines are fully automated, painting parts and assemblies.  Additional in-house finishing technologies include: two-sided in-mold decorating, paint laser etching, in-mold labeling, fabric in-mold labeling, pad printing and insert molding.

From consumer healthcare to industrial/ professional products, our OEM customers demand a more visually appealing product.  ATP offers a wide range of decorative technologies meeting most of today's demanding applications.
