Compound Design- Rubber Molding

To provide the highest quality products to our customers a team of experienced technical professionals work closely with you to write specifications and develop materials that meet your requirements. We formulate, compound and test a diverse array of elastomers to meet your precise criteria. These include silicone, fluorocarbon, NBR, SBR, EPDM, chloroprene, chlorobutyl, vamac, natural rubber, urethane and other specialty elastomers.

Compounds are designed to conform to specific regulations or industry standards such as: FDA, NSF, UL, SAE, ASTM, MIL specs, British Standards, ISO standards and medical/healthcare specifications. Formulations are available that meet stringent high & low temperature exposure, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and static & dynamic property requirements.

An ATP Elkhorn specialty EPDM compound for drinking water applications has excellent resistance to chloramines when compared to standard EPDM compounds. The compounds are FDA compliant and NSF listed.
